Coaching Subscription - Details & Policies
SCHEDULING CALLS:
For coaching calls, we kindly request a minimum 24-hour advance notice. These calls are available on weekdays between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm. Please note that calls will not be scheduled on holidays.
BOOKING YOUR CALL:

INDIVIDUALIZED ATTENTION:
Our coaching calls are designed for one-on-one interaction with a dedicated individual, such as a business owner, CEO, or head of marketing. This personalized approach ensures tailored guidance throughout the coaching engagement.
SCOPE OF COACHING CONVERSATIONS:
It's important to note that our coaching conversations do not encompass tasks performed by GIANT, such as strategy development, implementation plans, or direct engagement with other company personnel. If you need additional services, we suggest looking into our alternative options that align with your specific needs.
CANCELLATION:
Thank you for choosing our marketing coaching program. We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your subscription. Please take note of our cancellation policy below:
Subscription Cost: The subscription fee for our marketing coaching program is $299 per month.
Flexible Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation Deadline: To ensure a seamless cancellation process, please notify us of your cancellation at least 10 days before the first day of the following month.
Billing Cycle: Our billing cycle runs on a monthly basis. If you do not cancel your subscription within the 10-day notice period before the next month begins, your credit card will be charged for the upcoming month.
Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, please email our customer support team .
Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon successfully canceling your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email. Please retain this email for your records.
